Aude Vialatte conducts research in agroecology at the landscape scale, with a particular focus on biological control services for pests and diseases of crops and forests.

 

Her approach combines measurements of processes, ecological functions, and in situ production levels, with surveys of farming practices and spatially explicit modelling. It is also very involved in studies (i) combining remote sensing and ecological measurements, and (ii) socio-ecological studies on the perception of agricultural stakeholders of the ecosystem services associated with biodiversity, and on concerted landscape management methods.
