The research of Sonia Chaabane focuses on marine ecology, the responses of planktonic organisms to global change, and marine biodiversity, with a strong emphasis on data synthesis, integrative analyses, and the development of indicators.

 

Through her experience, Sonia Chaabane has developed in-depth expertise in the scientific, methodological, and organisational challenges associated with data synthesis projects, ranging from dataset structuring and harmonisation to scientific evaluation and dissemination of results.

 

In the past, Sonia Chaabane worked as a postdoctoral researcher within the FRB-CESAB project Forcis.
