Noémie Marinucci joined FRB in August 2026, within the European and International Coordination unit, as Project Officer for Nature-based Solutions and Business in Biodiversity for the European partnership Biodiversa+. She is responsible for the implementation of Nature-based Solutions and the integration of biodiversity valuation into the private sector.

 

With a Master’s degree in Urban Studies (4Cities, Master of Science) and an international background, she has specialised in urban resilience to climate change. Her previous experience within international networks of European urban development ministries, followed by local and regional governments, has given her strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, international cooperation, and climate adaptation.

 

She has a particular interest in the relationship between nature and society, nature-based solutions, and the resilience of cities and societies to climate and biodiversity challenges.
