Clara MARINO

FRB-CESAB - Post-doc

Clara MARINO joined the FRB in January 2024 as a post-doctoral fellow at the Cesab in Montpellier. She is working on the RIVAGE project, which aims at assessing the vulnerability of islands to global change. The ultimate goal of the project is to define conservation priorities for island systems on a global scale.

 

Clara completed her PhD at the Université Paris-Saclay on the causes and consequences of biological invasions on terrestrial vertebrates on a macro-ecological scale. She analyzed and collected large datasets to assess the ecological characteristics of species threatened by biological invasions, as well as the factors of success of exotic species.
