Efese

Aimed at better understanding and raising awareness of the state of French biodiversity and its multiple values, the French Assessment of Ecosystems and Ecosystem Services, known as “Efese”, is a program that brings together a set of assessments designed to strengthen the consideration of biodiversity and associated issues in public and private decisions.

The FRB provides the secretariat for the Scientific and Technical Council of the Efese program with the support of the Ministry responsible for the environment, and more specifically the General Commission for Sustainable Development and the Directorate of Water and Biodiversity.

 

The mission of this council is to provide advice on documents, working methods, and to promote the mobilization of expertise on the various aspects of the implementation of the Efese project.
