Karina MONTERO

FRB-CESAB - Postdoc

Karina MONTERO is an evolutionary biologist with a background in behavioural and molecular ecology. More recently her work focuses on population genetics, MHC genes, and gut microbiome of wildlife species.

 

Karina joined the FRB as a postdoctoral researcher in the project KH Evolution. The project aims to synthesize research and develop a framework that integrates intraspecific diversity, and the associated adaptive potential into Nature-based Solutions (NbS) approaches.
