After working on African reservoirs and Canadian coastal lakes, she now studies high-altitude Alpine lakes, Lake Geneva, and other peri-Alpine lakes. Her work addresses both the biogeochemistry and ecology of these systems across multiple spatial and temporal scales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Her methods are highly diverse, ranging from palaeoecological reconstructions based on lake sediments to field monitoring at both high and low temporal resolution, laboratory experiments, and numerical modelling.
