{"id":32369,"date":"2025-10-16T14:49:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T12:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondationbiodiversite.fr\/?post_type=membre&#038;p=32369"},"modified":"2025-11-19T14:02:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T13:02:19","slug":"chloe-vagnon","status":"publish","type":"membre","link":"https:\/\/www.fondationbiodiversite.fr\/en\/membre\/chloe-vagnon\/","title":{"rendered":"Chlo\u00e9 VAGNON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chlo\u00e9 VAGNON<\/strong> joined the FRB at Cesab in September 2024 as a postdoctoral researcher within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondationbiodiversite.fr\/en\/the-frb-in-action\/programs-and-projects\/le-cesab\/foodwebs\/\">FOOD-WEBS<\/a> group. This project aims to understand how biodiversity and freshwater ecosystems respond to global changes by using an unprecedented global database compiling stable isotope values at both the species and individual levels. These data will be used to:<br \/>\ni) better understand the global structure of trophic networks,<br \/>\nii) determine the importance of intraspecific variability within these networks, and<br \/>\niii) quantify how energy transfers are affected by global changes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chlo\u00e9 completed her PhD at the University Savoie Mont Blanc, where she studied the invasion of the European catfish (Silurus glanis) in large Alpine lakes and its impact on biodiversity, combining empirical approaches (stomach content analysis, stable isotopes, and DNA) and theoretical approaches (niche modeling, food-web analyses, and population dynamics and stability).
