{"id":11864,"date":"2020-10-12T09:13:11","date_gmt":"2020-10-12T07:13:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondationbiodiversite.fr\/?post_type=actualite&#038;p=11864"},"modified":"2020-10-12T11:40:37","modified_gmt":"2020-10-12T09:40:37","slug":"call-for-proposal-frb-cesab-opening-of-the-call-on-the-12th-of-october-2020","status":"publish","type":"actualite","link":"https:\/\/www.fondationbiodiversite.fr\/en\/actualite\/call-for-proposal-frb-cesab-opening-of-the-call-on-the-12th-of-october-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"[Call for proposal FRB-CESAB] The call for proposals is now open!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Through its Center for Biodiversity Synthesis and Analysis (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondationbiodiversite.fr\/en\/about-the-foundation\/le-cesab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CESAB<\/a><\/strong>),\u00a0<strong>the French Foundation for Biodiversity Research opens a call for research projects, to fund at least three innovative projects relating to the synthesis of ideas and concepts and\/or the analysis of existing data.<\/strong>\u00a0The main aim of these projects should be to improve scientific knowledge of biodiversity and demonstrate how we can use this knowledge to better protect it.\u00a0<strong>The submitted projects can deal with any topic related to biodiversity, in the fields of natural sciences or human and social sciences.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The selected projects will be funded for a period of three years, including: the recruitment of a post-doctoral student for two years, the organization of six meetings of the working group at CESAB and the promotion and publication of the results.
